Sur-Ron Prices UK 2026: What Each Model Costs
Short answer: at the time of writing the Sur-Ron price UK 2026 lineup starts at £2,499 for a Hyper Bee, £3,199 for a Light Bee X and £5,599 for an Ultra Bee HP X. Colour choice and which warehouse your bike ships from move that number by a couple of hundred pounds either way.
We run a dealership, so price is the question we get more than any other. People want one honest number, not a starting figure that quietly grows at checkout. This post lays out what each 2026 bike actually costs, why two bikes with the same badge can have different tickets, and what else you should put aside before you ride.
What does each Sur-Ron cost in the UK in 2026?
Here are the live figures at the time of writing. These are bike prices. UK warehouse stock arrives in 2 to 3 working days when it is there, China warehouse orders run 40 to 60 days, and the current shipping detail sits on our delivery page.
| Model | UK warehouse | China warehouse |
|---|---|---|
| Hyper Bee | £2,599 | £2,499 |
| Light Bee X | £3,299 to £3,499 | £3,299 to £3,499 |
| Ultra Bee HP X | £5,699 | £5,599 |
The Hyper Bee is the same money in all three colours, Blue, Green and Yellow. The Light Bee X is the one that moves: Green is £3,299, Purple and Carbon Black are £3,449, and White is £3,499. There is also a carry-over 2025 Green Light Bee X in the UK warehouse at £3,199 at the time of writing, which is where that lower "from" price comes from. The Ultra Bee HP X is one price in both Desert Brown and Carbon Black.
If you want the full spec behind each number, our three-way comparison of the 2026 range puts the power, weight and range figures side by side.

Why does the Hyper Bee cost the least?
The Hyper Bee is the smallest bike Sur-Ron makes. It weighs 39 kg, runs 8 kW peak and tops out at 40 mph. The seat adjusts from 665 mm to 705 mm across three positions, so it fits a growing teenager and a smaller adult.
Cheaper does not mean stripped out. MY26 Hyper Bees carry SAWC anti-wheelie in three levels plus off, which keeps the front wheel down rather than helping it up. You also get a parental remote with intercom and a one-touch emergency power-off out to about 300 m, a wrist-strap magnetic kill switch, gyroscope tilt protection, a Bluetooth dashboard, T-Box telemetry and a free OEM torque wrench kit. For a first bike that is a lot of safety kit for the money.
UK warehouse or China warehouse: why the price differs
Every bike we sell is the same bike. The difference is where it is sitting when you order.
- UK warehouse. Already in the country, built and PDI checked by us, with you in 2 to 3 working days when stock is there. You pay a small amount more for that.
- China warehouse. Ships direct from the Sur-Ron factory in Chongqing with a 40 to 60 day lead time. It saves you around £100 on the Hyper Bee and the Ultra Bee HP X.
On the Light Bee X the two options land in the same £3,299 to £3,499 band at the time of writing, so that choice is purely about how long you are happy to wait. Plenty of riders order in winter for a spring bike and take the factory route. Others want it this week. Our delivery guide walks through what happens after you press buy.
What else should you budget for?
The bike price is not the whole spend. Be honest with yourself about these before you order.
- Riding gear. Helmet, goggles, gloves, boots and body armour. Budget a few hundred pounds and buy the helmet first. Our gear guide covers what actually matters.
- Somewhere to ride. All three bikes are off-road only and are not type-approved for UK public roads. Private land with permission, a pay-and-ride track or a club day. Expect a modest day fee at most venues.
- Security. A ground anchor and a decent chain. Cheaper than an excess, far cheaper than a replacement.
- Consumables. Tyres, brake pads, chain and lube. Electric drivetrains skip oil changes, so running costs are low, but tyres still wear.
- Extended warranty. Silver, Gold or Platinum over one or two extra years. Gold is the tier most people take.

Is the Sur-Ron price UK 2026 fair value?
We think so, and here is the reasoning. A petrol pit bike at Hyper Bee money needs fuel, oil, filters and a lot of your Sunday. A Sur-Ron needs charging and a chain clean. The Light Bee X is the UK bestseller for a reason: 10 kW, 50 mph, a 2.5 kWh removable battery and up to 46 miles of range for the price of a used 125.
Resale holds up well too, which softens the real cost of ownership. We covered that properly in our piece on Sur-Ron resale values, and it is worth five minutes before you decide which model to stretch to.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the cheapest Sur-Ron in the UK?
The Hyper Bee, from £2,499 at the time of writing on a China warehouse order, or £2,599 from the UK warehouse. It is the bike we point most first-time riders at.
Why is the Ultra Bee HP X so much more expensive?
Because it is a much bigger machine. You are paying for 24.5 kW peak in Turbo, 520 Nm at the wheel, 68 mph, a 74V 60Ah battery and up to 71 miles of range, plus a longer, taller chassis with 240 mm of fork travel.
Will Sur-Ron prices change later in 2026?
They can. Prices move with the model year, with what each warehouse is holding and with what it costs to bring bikes in, so every figure here is honest at the time of writing and the product page is always the live one.
Is the 2025 Light Bee X still worth buying?
For the right rider, yes. It is the same shape of bike for less money, and we have one Green 2025 unit left in the UK warehouse at £3,199 at the time of writing. Read our 2025 versus 2026 Light Bee X breakdown first, because if the MY26 changes matter to you, the extra money is well spent.
