Free delivery to mainland UK on every bike, with options to suit how quickly you want it and whether you want it built.
Delivery times
- UK warehouse models: usually delivered within around 3 to 5 working days.
- Pre-order (China warehouse) models: around 40 to 60 days, shipped direct from the factory at a lower price.
Fully built delivery
Choose the fully built delivery option at checkout and your bike arrives assembled and tested via a specialist motorbike courier, saving you fitting the front wheel and handlebars. Allow up to 7 extra days for fully built deliveries.
Coverage and surcharges
Mainland UK delivery is free. Additional charges may apply to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote postcodes. We will confirm any surcharge before your order ships.
Collection
Collection is available by arrangement on pre-paid orders only. See Find Us for details.
Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch for a full refund. Unused bikes can be returned within 14 days. See our returns policy.
