Sur-Ron Light Bee Prize Draw: Full Terms
- PROMOTER: Traction Bikes. Contact: contact@tractionbikes.co.uk
- ELIGIBILITY: Open to UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Traction Bikes and their immediate families are excluded.
- HOW TO ENTER: (a) Online: Purchase one or more raffle entries at tractionbikes.co.uk/pages/raffle for £0.99 per entry. Each purchase constitutes one entry per ticket purchased. (b) Postal (free entry): Send your full name, postal address, email address and entry on a plain postcard or sealed envelope to the postal address provided on request by emailing contact@tractionbikes.co.uk. A maximum of one entry can be made per postcard or envelope received. There is no limit to the number of entries that may be made this way. Postal entries are free of charge and carry equal weight to paid entries. Postal entries must be received before the draw closes.
- MULTIPLE ENTRIES: There is no cap on the number of paid or postal entries per person. In addition, up to 3 bonus entries can be earned via social media reposts (1 per platform: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook). Bonus entries require at least one paid entry to qualify and must be claimed by emailing screenshots and the entry order number to contact@tractionbikes.co.uk before the draw closes.
- PRIZE: One (1) Sur-Ron Light Bee electric motorcycle. Colour subject to availability. Standard delivery to mainland UK included. Additional charges may apply to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and other remote areas.
- CLOSING DATE & DRAW: The draw closes at 12pm on 12 August 2026, or earlier if 4,000 total entries are received, or if Traction Bikes announces early closure with at least 7 days notice via the website and social media. The winner will be selected by random draw and announced on or shortly after 12 August 2026.
- WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted via the email provided at entry within 14 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a replacement winner may be drawn.
- WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: The winner's first name and county will be published on the Traction Bikes website and social media channels.
- PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. Traction Bikes reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances require.
- DATA: Personal data collected will be used solely for administering this prize draw and will not be shared with third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
- COMPLAINTS: Any complaints should be directed to contact@tractionbikes.co.uk.
- LAW: This promotion is governed by English law. By entering, all participants agree to these terms and conditions in full.
- This promotion is not a lottery. A free entry route is available via postal entry (see clause 3b). This draw is conducted in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005 and applicable UK prize competition legislation.
