Refer 100 buyers and we will gift you a BRAND NEW Sur-Ron Ultrabee OR £3000 cash reward

If you are interested in joining our affiliate program, please reach out to us via our Contact page with details of your social media channels and your reason for interest in the program.
We can then create a custom discount code that your buyers can use when purchasing from us, and this code will allow us to track how many customers you send our way.

Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Affiliate Program operated by Traction Bikes (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By applying to or participating in our Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Affiliate Program is open to content creators, influencers, publishers, and marketers with an established online presence.
2.2. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.
3. Affiliate Relationship
3.1. Affiliates participate as independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.
3.2. Affiliates have no authority to bind or represent us in any way.
4. Referral Tracking
4.1. Approved Affiliates will be issued a unique referral or discount code.
4.2. Sales are tracked exclusively via this code at checkout.
4.3. Only completed, paid, and non-refunded orders using the Affiliate’s code qualify for rewards.
4.4. We are not responsible for tracking failures caused by incorrect code usage, customer error, or third-party technical issues.
5. Affiliate Rewards
5.1 Standard Commission
Affiliates earn £100 per Sur-Ron bike sold to a customer directly referred using their unique code.
5.2 Tiered Performance Rewards
In addition to standard commission, Affiliates may qualify for the following milestone rewards:
• 40 successful referrals
– One (1) brand new Sur-Ron Light Bee X or
– £2,000 cash reward
• 100 successful referrals
– One (1) brand new Sur-Ron Ultra Bee or
– £3,000 cash reward
5.3. Tier rewards are awarded once per Affiliate per milestone and are not cumulative unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Payment Terms
6.1. Cash commissions and rewards are paid via bank transfer or another agreed payment method.
6.2. Payments are processed after the applicable refund period has passed.
6.3. Affiliates are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from payments received.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
• Misrepresent pricing, availability, or product specifications
• Make false or misleading claims about our products or brand
• Use paid ads bidding on our brand name without written consent
• Use spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive marketing practices
• Imply an official partnership beyond the Affiliate relationship
• Violate any applicable UK laws, advertising standards, or platform policies
Violation of this section may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid rewards.
8. Brand Usage
8.1. Affiliates may use approved brand assets solely for promoting our products.
8.2. All goodwill generated belongs exclusively to us.
8.3. We reserve the right to request removal or modification of any content at any time.
9. Termination
9.1. Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause.
9.2. Upon termination, Affiliates must cease using referral codes and brand assets.
9.3. Unpaid commissions linked to refunded, cancelled, or disputed orders will not be paid.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, reward structures, or commission rates at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
