Why are we so cheap compared to other dealers?

It's the question we get asked most. The honest answer: we've cut out the things that puff up the price at every other UK dealer, and kept everything that actually matters.

No 20% VAT bolted on top

Most UK dealers add 20% VAT to every bike on the way to checkout. We don't. That single difference takes a huge chunk out of the sticker price before anything else has even been touched.

Direct from the factory in Chongqing, China

No middlemen, no UK distributors taking their margin on the way through. We deal directly with the factory in Chongqing, China, and we've flown out there in person to build that relationship properly. That's why our cost price is so much lower than dealers who buy from importers who buy from agents.

Warranty is optional, not forced

Most dealers bake a 2 year warranty into the price whether you want it or not. We make it optional. Not everyone wants to pay extra for a long warranty, especially given how reliable these bikes are. If you do want full cover, our Platinum 2 year warranty covers more than most other dealers' standard warranty, at the same price or less.

Buy with confidence

A lower price shouldn't mean less protection. Every order is covered.

  • Credit card payments are protected under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act on any purchase over £100. If anything goes wrong, your card issuer is jointly liable.
  • PayPal is available at checkout with full PayPal Buyer Protection on every order.
  • Payitmonthly finance lets you spread the cost over up to 12 months, with plans to suit any budget.
