Message us on WhatsApp before doing anything else. We've sorted bikes for plenty of people the algorithm said no to, and we can talk through a custom payment plan or other options.

Timing matters. If you've recently moved address, registered on the electoral roll, or paid down debt, your credit file may look very different in a few weeks. No harm reapplying once things have settled.
